Prices
On line merchandise prices match those suggested by the producer. Prices shown
are in Euro.
Maximum order
Tifoshop does not accept an order with more than 5 items. Maximum unit per single order is 5 items.
Items in Stock
Tifoshop store is always updating and full of new products.
Out of Stock items
Occasionally, high demand causes run out of certain items. Because we do not
charge your Credit Card until we ship your order, charges for out of stock items
do not appear on your bill. In case, you will be advised with an e-mail of the
non availability of the item.
Customs and Import Duties
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which
are levied once your package reaches your country.
Tifoshop cannot predict what your particular charges may be.
If you do incur these additional charges, they must be paid in
order for your package to clear customs.
For more information regarding your country's custom policies,
please contact your local customs office.
Withdrawal right
As for government decree issued under parliamentary delegation nr. 185, dated
22/05/1999, you have the right to retreat from the contract without penalty for
10 working days from the day you receive the products.
Items must be returned within 10 days from the date of purchase, with the
original box (no other shipping is accepted).
Please note that the shipping and handling fees are at customer’s duty.
A charge will be issued for items refunds within 15 days from the date of
receiving your return. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. For more
information see section how to return your item.
VAT registration number
If you need an invoice, ask our customer service store at Tifoshop.com
indicating the order number, VAT number, complete address, phone number, and all
the information in order to emit correctly the document you are requesting.
Returning Items to Tifoshop.com
Valid identification and original receipt are required to process all returns
and exchanges.
Items must be returned within 10 days from the date of purchase, with the
original box (no other shipping is accepted).
Please note that the shipping and handling fees are at customer’s duty.

NOTICE :Customer’s request for name and number (personalization) on
purchase items, will decline the right of withdrawal and of size changing.
Communication
Any customer must have an e-mail address for any eventual notification.
Payment
We accept only Credit card payments for order outside of Italy.
Warranty and Assistance
Tifoshop guarantees quality of its service, submitting the items to a high
quality standards verification.
In case you find unworn or defective merchandise, you have to reach Tifoshop
Customer Service (by phone, fax or e-mail) as soon as possible and anyway within
8 days from the date you receive the merchandise.
Follow the instructions to return any Tifoshop Online purchase by mail:
1 – indicate your order number
2 – indicate type, model, code of the item you want to return (see label
attached to it)
3 – indicate type of defect
4 – indicate your address
5 – indicate your phone number, where we can reach you on working days between
9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.
6 – indicate your e-mail.
Tifoshop Customer Service will contact you to give you all the assistance you
might need.
How to return your item
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for
any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will assist you promptly and
our Customer Service will give you all the assistance you might need.
Withdrawal right
As for government decree issued under parliamentary delegation nr. 185, dated
22/05/1999, you have the right to retreat from the contract without penalty for

All you have to do is give us notice of your decision to withdrawal from the
contract sending a fax or an e-mail specifying the bank name and address,
account number, swift code and all the information that can help us sending you
the money back.
The items will have to be send back to Tifoshop in 10 days with the original
packing and related original documents.
Shipping is at your own expenses, at your responsibility.
As soon as we will receive the products, we will provide for pay back.
The right to retreat from the contract can not be applied on personalized items.
How to exert the right to retreat
Customers that want to exert the right to retreat must send, within 10 working
days from the date of receiving the items, a notification letter, a fax or an
e-mail at Tifoshop address

How to return the item
Within 10 working days the customer must send back the items to Tifoshop. The
item must be undamaged, newer worn, with the original label attached, in its
original packaging with the Tifoshop packing list (shipping documents).
Return shipping and handling expenses are not refundable and are at customer’s
duty and responsibility.
