As for government decree issued under parliamentary delegation nr. 185, dated 22/05/1999, you have the right to return the purchased product within 10 working days from the date of receipt.

How to return the product

• The item must be undamaged, unworn, with the original label attached, in its original packaging.
• Fill in the Online Return Form you will find on your account once you Login.
• You will then receive an email confirming we received your request and we will authorize you to proceed.
• Pack the product to return with the right address of recipient as follows:

• The shipping costs, possible theft or miscarriage will be all under client’s responsibility
• You will receive a confirmation email within 3 working days from the date of delivery to our stores.

Refunds
As soon as we receive the product we will proceed with its refund, following the procedure written on the Return Form you sent us and within 15 days from the date of receipt of returned products. Other possible delivery costs will not be refunded and they will be only at client’s expenses.

VERY IMPORTANT: The item must be undamaged, unworn, with the original label attached, in its original packaging with the Tifoshop packing list (shipping documents). We will only refund products returned in a proper way, following all the above conditions. If the product you return will not comply the above conditions, we will send it back with no refund.
The right to retreat from the contract cannot be applied on personalized items.
